CANCELLATIONS
Contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone. If you notify us at least one hour prior the scheduled landing time there is no charge. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the quoted taxi fare should you fail to notify us within this time.

BOOKINGS
If you have booked directly online your taxi is not booked until you have received a taxi booking confirmation from us by e-mail or text message.

PAYMENTS
You may pay your driver in cash. For credit card payments (additional 4% fee) we have an account with PayPal. You will receive an invoice by e-mail directly from PayPal. You would then make payment on their secure site. We do not hold your credit card details. PayPal will notify us once you have made payment. We also accept payment by BACS.

ADDITIONAL DROPS & PICK UPS
There will be extra charges for additional drops & pick ups.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR (SPECIAL RATES)
Our prices will be higher for 24th to 26th December and on 1st January.
Please request quotation for these dates.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES (waiting time & car park)
The price we quote includes car parking and any waiting time, our motto is "What we quote is what you pay".
