I just thought I would send a quick email to advise you of how impressed the 5 of us were with the service that your company provided on Saturday. We didn't have to worry about a thing as you had taken care of it all. I would highly recommend your service to anyone travelling to/from Stansted. People are quick to complain about poor service these days and often fail to praise people when service is good. It's a shame we are from the north and won't get to use your service again (unless we fly to/from Stansted again of course). Please pass on this praise to the driver and all of those involved in making sure that we experienced a seamless journey, it was greatly appreciated.

We had a booking last week from You. We were really pleased to Your service. Everything went like we hoped. Fast and safe, and the most important on time. Especially from London to Stansted the driver was very friendly. (Also the other driver, but we were so tired because it was so late).
