Our terms and conditions

Contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone. If you notify us at least one hour prior the scheduled landing time there is no charge. We reserve the right to charge full fare quoted should you fail to notify us within this time. Late cancellations for pick ups to airports will also be subject to cancellation fee equal to the full fare quoted.

If you have booked directly online your taxi is not booked until you have received a taxi booking confirmation from us by e-mail. 24 hour notice normally required on bookings, if a booking has been placed and we are fully booked at the same time, we reserve the right to cancel and refund in full if payment has been made.

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, an existing booking cannot be completed by us on the day of the journey we reserve the right to give notice of cancellation (via e-mail) a minimum of 2 hours prior to flight departure or pick up time. A full refund will be given with immediate effect, if prior payment had been made.

You may pay your driver in cash. For credit card payments we have an account with PayPal. You will receive an invoice by e-mail directly from PayPal. You would then make payment on their secure site. We do not hold your credit card details. PayPal will notify us once you have made payment. We also accept payment by BACS.

There will be extra charges for additional drops & pick ups.

Our prices will be more for transfers from 24th to 26th December and on 1st January.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES (waiting time & car park)

The price we quote includes car parking and any waiting time, our motto is "What we quote is what you pay".


Prices apply to transfers 05:00h to 22:30h.

Surcharges may apply to the following transfers:-

Flights scheduled to land after 22:30h.

Pick ups to airport prior to 05:00h.


For flights scheduled to land after 22:30h, pre-payment is required.
